Corn Casserole

 

This recipe is always a winner for Thanksgiving and and Christmas dinners.

1 can corn ( cream style )
2 eggs
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1 teasp black pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teasp salt
1/2 teasp sugar

Mix ingredients. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Immediately put 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese on top and let melt. Serve !
