Jalapena Corn Bread

 

3 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups yellow corn meal
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
2/3 cup cooking oil
3 teasp baking powder
1/2 teasp salt
1 ( # 2 ) can cream style corn
2 jalapena peppers, diced with seeds and veins removed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients togather. Spray Pam in a 9x12 baking dish. Fill with cornbread mix and bake in a 400 degree oven for 35 minutes or until center is baked.

Can be baked in a large iron skillet.
