Hot Hamburger Dip

 

1 Lb. Lean Ground Beef
1/2 Cup chopped Onion
1 Can Tomato Sauce (8oz)
1/4 Cup Ketchup
1 Pkg (8 oz) Cream Cheese, cubed
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Clove Garlic
1 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Sugar
Salt & Pepper to taste

Saute' ground beef until browned. Add onion and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Spoon into chafing dish and keep warm.
Serve with corn chips.
Yield: 1 quart
