Blackberry Cobbler

 

Crust

2 cups flour
2 teasp. flour
10 teasp. shortening
6 tbsp. cold water

Filling

1 gal. blackberries
3 cups sugar
2 tbsp. tapioca

Put in 9x13 dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min. Lower heat to 375 degrees till crust is golden brown.
