Banana Split Pie


1 stick margerine
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 teasp. vanilla
2 bananas , sliced
lemon juice ( to your taste )
1/2 cup chocolate pieces, shaved
1/4 cup nuts ( your choice )
1 baked pie shell

Cream margerine with powdered sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating for 3 minutes after each addition. Add vanilla. Place banas in lemon juice to keep from turning brown. Add bananas to filling. Add chocolate pieces. Add nuts. Pour into a pie shell and decorate with chocolate, nuts and bananas. Chill for 3-4 hours.

Yield : 6 servings
